Randi Lee

Randi, a Columbia Business School and Duke University alum, has held cross sector roles at the intersection of strategy, product and transformation. She helps B2B tech and services companies from $0-$300mm in revenues answer strategic questions like:

  • How do we build new revenue streams?

  • How do we move from a product to a platform?

  • How do we productize a service?

  • Can we add a service to our software and deliver an outcome?

She also leads the go-to-market and transformation work to bring these initiatives to life - diversifying revenue streams, increasing the sustainability of the company, and growing enterprise value. 

Over her career she’s built more than 20 new revenue streams often supporting companies at times of transition when new technologies are disrupting their business models.

Mike Lee

Mike Lee

Mike, also a Columbia MBA and Dartmouth undergrad, brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across technology, consumer products, and retail, including senior roles at Meta, Apple, and Levi Strauss & Co. He helps mid-to-large-sized companies navigate operational complexity, scale their businesses, and improve performance by addressing questions like:

  • How do we scale operations to support growth?

  • How do we better align strategy, planning, and execution?

  • How do we simplify organizational complexity and improve decision-making?

  • How do we transform our operating model to improve efficiency and profitability?

He works with executive teams as an advisor, consultant, or fractional leader to strengthen operating capabilities and translate business strategy into measurable results.

Throughout his career, Mike has led global organizations through periods of rapid growth, technology disruption, and business transformation, bringing practical experience in building high-performing teams and delivering results at scale.
